Refund & Return Policy

1. Marketplace Purchases
WHOSENXT connects independent buyers and sellers. Refund eligibility for marketplace purchases depends on the individual seller's policies. We encourage buyers and sellers to communicate directly through our messaging system to resolve disputes.
- Contact the seller within 48 hours of receiving an item if there is an issue
- Items must be returned in original condition unless they arrived damaged
- If a seller is unresponsive, contact our support team for assistance
2. Gig Escrow Payments
Gig payments held in escrow are protected for both parties:
- Before work begins: Full refund available if the gig is cancelled
- Work in progress: Either party can initiate a dispute through the platform
- Work completed: Payment is released to the worker once the poster approves. If disputed, our team reviews and mediates
- Disputes are reviewed within 5 business days
3. Delivery Orders
- If no driver accepts your order within 15 minutes, your payment is automatically refunded in full
- Damaged items: If any product arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund for the affected item(s). Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via the "Report Issue" button on your order page
- Order not received: If your order is never delivered, you will receive a full refund including the delivery fee. Report within 24 hours
- Wrong or missing items: If you receive the wrong items or items are missing from your order, you are entitled to a full refund for the affected item(s)
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Refunds are processed via your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear
- Delivery fees may be refunded if delivery was significantly delayed due to platform errors
4. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period
- Merchant plan cancellations: You retain access until the end of your paid period
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at whosenxtbusiness@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
