Information We Collect from Delivery Contractors
WHOSENXT collects the following personal information from independent delivery contractors for the purpose of onboarding, compliance, and tax reporting:
- Full legal name and date of birth
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's license)
- Social Security Number (for IRS tax reporting purposes only)
- Vehicle information (make, model, year, license plate)
- Proof of valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Bank account information (for payment processing)
- Driving record and background check results
Why We Collect This Information
This information is collected solely for: verifying contractor eligibility, complying with IRS 1099 reporting requirements, ensuring customer and public safety, and maintaining delivery operation records.
How We Store and Protect This Information
All contractor documents and personal data are stored in a password-protected, access-restricted private cloud storage system with two-factor authentication enabled. Access is limited to authorized WHOSENXT personnel only. We do not share contractor personal information with customers, vendors, or third parties except as required by law.
Data Retention
W-9 forms and contractor payment records are retained for a minimum of 4 years per IRS requirements. All other contractor records are retained for the duration of the contractor relationship plus 2 years, then securely deleted.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach involving contractor personal information, affected individuals will be notified in accordance with applicable state law.
