Vendor Setup Walkthrough

Welcome to WHOSENXT!

This guide will walk you through setting up your vendor shop step by step. No tech experience needed. Just follow each step in order and you will be ready to start selling.

STEP 1: Accept Your Vendor Invitation

Check your email for an invitation from WHOSENXT. Click the link in the email to create your vendor account. Choose a password you will remember and save it somewhere safe.

STEP 2: Set Up Your Vendor Profile

Once logged in, go to your Profile or Shop Settings. Add your business name exactly as you want customers to see it. Write a short description of what you sell (2 to 3 sentences is perfect). Upload your logo or a clear photo that represents your brand. Add your contact email and phone number.

STEP 3: Add Your First Product

Click Add Product. Enter the product name, keep it simple and descriptive. Write a clear description: what it is, what it is made of, and why someone should buy it. Upload at least one clear photo taken in good lighting. Set your NET price, which is the amount you want to receive. WHOSENXT will handle the rest. Select the correct category for your product. Click Save when done.

STEP 4: Set Up Your Payment Information

Go to Payout Settings or Bank Details. Enter your bank account information so you can receive payments. Double check your account and routing numbers before saving.

STEP 5: Review Your Shop Before Going Live

Preview your shop to see how customers will see it. Make sure your product photos are clear and bright. Make sure your prices and descriptions are accurate. Make sure your profile looks professional.

STEP 6: Submit for Approval

Once everything looks good, click Submit for Review. WHOSENXT will review your shop within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email when you are approved and live.

Tips for Maximum Customization

Use a high quality logo or brand photo for your profile, this is the first thing customers see. Write product descriptions that answer: what is it, who is it for, and why is it special. Use natural lighting when taking product photos, avoid dark or blurry images. Keep your product names short and easy to search. Update your shop regularly with new products to stay visible to customers.

Pricing Reminder

Always enter your NET price, the amount you want to receive. WHOSENXT adds the platform fee on top. You will always be paid your full listed amount.
