WHOSENXT Delivery Integrity Policy

For Vendors & Drivers

📦 VENDOR PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS

All products must be packaged and sealed before handoff to a driver. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their items are tamper-evident and concealed at the time of pickup.

Clothing & Apparel

  • All items must be placed in an opaque bag (no clear packaging)

  • Bag must be sealed with tamper-evident tape across the opening

  • No product details, brand names, or item descriptions visible on the outside

  • Label only needs: Order #, Customer Name, Delivery Zone

Drinks & Beverages

  • All beverages must have a tamper-evident sticker or seal covering the lid, cap, or opening

  • Sticker must break or show visible damage if someone attempts to open it

  • Bottles must be capped and sealed — no open containers accepted for delivery

  • If multiple items, place in a sealed bag with a sticker across the bag closure

General Products

  • All items must be in sealed, opaque packaging

  • Tamper-evident tape or stickers required on all closures

  • No loose or unwrapped items accepted for pickup

🚗 DRIVER CODE OF CONDUCT — PRODUCT INTEGRITY

Drivers are delivery agents only. You are not permitted to inspect, open, taste, try on, or interact with any package contents.

  • ❌ Do NOT open any package, bag, or container

  • ❌ Do NOT remove, adjust, or tamper with any seals or stickers

  • ❌ Do NOT consume or sample any food, beverage, or product

  • ❌ Do NOT share, photograph, or disclose package contents

  • ✅ Deliver the package exactly as received from the vendor

  • ✅ If a seal is already broken at pickup — do not accept it. Report it immediately through the driver portal

⚠️ VIOLATIONS

Any driver found tampering with, opening, consuming, or contaminating a customer's order will be:

  • Immediately removed from the WHOSENXT driver network

  • Subject to a claim for damages

  • Reported to the appropriate authorities if applicable

Vendors who fail to properly seal packages may have their orders flagged, delayed, or removed from the delivery queue.
