WHOSENXT Driver Guidelines

These guidelines apply to all active and prospective WHOSENXT delivery drivers. By participating on the platform, you agree to follow these rules at all times.

Eligibility and Onboarding

• Must complete the full driver application and background check before activation
• Valid driver license, insurance, and vehicle registration required at all times
• Must be 18 years or older

Conduct and Professionalism

• Represent WHOSENXT professionally - no offensive language or behavior toward customers or vendors
• Branded attire required when on delivery
• No smoking, alcohol, or drug use during active delivery shifts

Delivery Standards

• All orders must be delivered within the promised time window
• Contact the customer if there is any delay - use the app, not personal numbers
• Photograph proof of delivery for every order
• Never leave packages in unsafe locations without customer approval

Vehicle and Safety

• Vehicle must be clean, insured, and in safe operating condition
• Obey all traffic laws - violations are grounds for immediate deactivation
• No phone use while driving, hands-free only

Payments and Disputes

• Earnings are processed weekly
• Disputes must be submitted within 48 hours via the driver portal
• Fraudulent delivery claims result in immediate deactivation and potential legal action

Termination

• WHOSENXT reserves the right to deactivate any driver for policy violations, low ratings, or fraudulent activity with or without notice
